The 2nd Annual South Padre Island International Music Festival held its VIP party at the Peninsula Resort and Spa on South Padre Island on October 30,2008.
Latina Magazine presented a Fashion Show featuring designs by South Pole. The modeling was provided by Missy's Modeling Agency of McAllen. The singer Chana, who released the EP "Manos Arriba" in March was the featured entertainment for the catered events. Local dignitaries included Miss Rio Grande Valley Teen USA, Laura Gonzales and Bob Pinkerton, Mayor of South Padre Island. Contempo Magazine will be doing a Live Show on Oct. 31st and Nov 1st.
